Role Overview

As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within your department. You will support the Director/Nurse Manager by overseeing clinical operations, managing budgets, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a positive work environment for your team.

What You Will Do

• Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets and quality improvement programs.
• Ensure staffing levels meet patient care needs and organizational goals.
• Support the establishment and achievement of department goals and objectives.
• Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
• Assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel as needed.

What You Will Need

Required

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
• BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
• Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with budget management and quality improvement initiatives.
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan
