Account Support Representative

To maximize the productivity of Field Account Managers, the full-time remote Account Support Representative will serve as a reliable point of contact for customers throughout the quoting, ordering, and support process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Key responsibilities Prepare and distribute product configurations and customer quotes while ensuring accurate ordering of products Provide online access and support for UDT Digital Tools, assisting customers with navigation and self-service features Deliver timely responses to customer requests and proactively communicate order status updates and pricing changes Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience in the technology industry Working knowledge of Office applications and experience with CRM, quoting, or ticketing tools Strong sense of ownership and urgency in responding to customer inquiries Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests Familiarity with government and educational procurement processes is preferred
