Job Description: Our Outside Sales Leaders are called Dealer Sales Managers (DSM) will proactively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting to secure appointments with owners and managers of natural stone Dealers and Distributors in your region. The DSM will also work with and develop existing Dealers with the goal of increasing The DSM will meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue quotas, for hunting and farming, along with strategic goals and targets. Requirements: 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience. Proficiency in identifying and qualifying potential high value prospects, prospecting and managing a pipeline using our CRM, and converting prospects into actual customers aka Authorized Dealers. Able to sell the value of leading products and enlist Dealers in a long-term partnership which includes carrying Delgado Stone products at their locations. Experience selling building products such as earth materials preferably natural stone, driving revenue and helping build strong Dealer relationships. A proven history of success. Location: This is an outside sales role where ideal candidates will be comfortable meeting with clients. The ideal candidate will be based in a western suburban area of Chicago from where Chicago, and greater Chicago, north to Milwaukee, and east to South Bend would be accessible by car.
