Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

Fellowship in Movement Disorders

Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

Deliver comprehensive care for patients with Parkinson's, tremors, dystonia, and other complex movement disorders.

Build lasting, collaborative relationships with patients and families to guide them through every stage of their treatment journey.

Serve as a primary clinical expert, accepting referrals and coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-touch, evidence-based outcomes.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
