Chicago Manufacturing Finance Opportunity
What this role looks like:
- Acts as the primary finance partner to plant leadership
- Oversees cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drives margin improvement and operational efficiencies
- Plays a key role in an ERP transition to Microsoft Business Central
- Leads financial insight across manufacturing and operations

This is a great fit for someone coming from a manufacturing / plant controller or operations finance background who enjoys being hands‑on and embedded with operations.
