HR Operations Administrator

About the Role
Join a leading commercial construction and energy services team as a HR Operations Administrator based out of Seattle, WA. This role contributes to high-profile projects across commercial mechanical and works alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders on talent, employee relations, and HR programs.

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning across multiple offices.

• Administer benefits, leave, compliance, and HRIS data with accuracy.

• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and employee development.

• Improve HR processes and contribute to a strong workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related human resources role within commercial construction, energy services, or related industries.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications, licenses, or formal training relevant to the role.

• Experience supporting large commercial, data center, healthcare, life science, or institutional projects.

• Familiarity with modern construction technology, tools, and workflows.
