Housekeeping Machine Operator

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Sanitation Machine Operator to support our high‑volume production environment. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in a hot, fast‑paced setting. We are a growing company offering a full‑time position with competitive compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial washer and sanitation equipment to clean production tools, baking pans, bins, and large mixing equipment. Load and unload heavy bins, trays, and equipment throughout the shift. Organize and position items to ensure proper sanitation and maximum washing efficiency. Monitor wash temperatures and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Repair and straighten pans as needed. Move materials and bins using manual and/or electric pallet jacks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support production needs with a strong sense of urgency to keep equipment available for operations. Follow all safety procedures, personal protective equipment requirements, and chemical handling guidelines. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Comfortable working in a hot, humid, and fast‑paced production environment around steam and industrial equipment. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs or more repeatedly during the shift. Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously for extended periods of time. Previous pallet jack experience preferred. Prior sanitation, warehouse, manufacturing, bakery, food production, or industrial dishwasher experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record required. Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members. Schedule Shifts are scheduled Monday to Thursday and 12 hours in length with occasional overtime on Friday based upon production demand.
