Identity Management Consultant

Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to step into a critical, fast-paced role supporting enterprise application onboarding and cybersecurity integration. This is an urgent backfill with a short knowledge transfer window, requiring someone who can quickly ramp up and take ownership. The role is highly visible and essential, especially given simultaneous transitions within partnering teams, resulting in significant loss of program knowledge. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Application Onboarding Own and drive applications through the full onboarding lifecycle Ensure timely progress while maintaining quality and compliance standards Stakeholder & Vendor Management Work closely with business and application owners to collect required documentation and inputs Engage directly with external vendors to gather technical details and ensure readiness for Cyber Syndicate sessions Cybersecurity & Access Integration Coordinate onboarding processes related to SSO (Single Sign-On), Microsoft Entra ID , and application access controls Ensure alignment with enterprise cybersecurity standards, including logging and monitoring requirements Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Cybersecurity, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams Ensure contracts align with onboarding and security requirements Program Execution & Ownership Manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive work to completion Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager Hands-on experience with: SSO (Single Sign-On) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Cybersecurity application logging and access management Enterprise application onboarding processes Experience working with vendors and third-party integrations Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) frameworks Ability to manage end-to-end program delivery independently Preferred Qualifications Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments Familiarity with Cyber Syndicate or similar governance/security review boards Background in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or relevant cybersecurity credentials Soft Skills / The Right Fit We are looking for someone who is: Highly proactive and self-driven with minimal need for oversight Comfortable working with difficult stakeholders and complex environments Solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Able to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences Positive, resilient, and adaptable in high-pressure situations #J-18808-Ljbffr
