Customer Service Representative

Salary: USD18 - USD22 per hour One of our growing manufacturing clients in Addison IL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual looking to gain experience in a professional setting. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Salesforce and SAP Maintain and update customer records with attention to detail Troubleshoot customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and effective communication Support additional administrative and customer service-related tasks as needed Requirements 1-2 years of customer service experience Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP (preferred, but training can be provided) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $18-22/hr Benefits Available include Paid Vacation, Sick and Holidays 401k plan – w/ matching 100% Health, Vision, and Dental coverage 50% of Health, Vision and Dental coverage for any dependent #J-18808-Ljbffr
