Dental Hygienist

Job Summary ForwardDental Appleton is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. Location: 3030 N. Ballard Road, Appleton, Wisconsin 54911. Pay is bi‑weekly hourly ($45–$50) with options for Daily Pay. Full‑time (30 hrs) qualifies for a complete benefits package including UnitedHealthcare PPO, 401k, dental, vision, wellness, paid holidays, and PTO. Qualifications Current Wisconsin dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Open to new graduates or seasoned hygienists. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health. Clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. TB test is required for all new hires in dental office positions and must be completed prior to starting employment.
