• Shift Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Shift Length: 8 Hours

Hours/week: 40 Hours/Week

Start date: ASAP

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Fishkill, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• AHA - BLS
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system is preferred.
