Key Responsibilities- Deliver and manage high-quality care for patients in a dynamic Stepdown unit.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation.
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 during night shifts.
- Work every other weekend as part of your regular schedule.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care setting.
- Possession of an active nursing license in Illinois at the time of application.
- Experience with EPIC EMR is required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Professional references from the past 24 months are preferred.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
