Department Details Full-time RN (Registered Nurse) Hourly rate: $32.50+ depending on experience Sign-on bonus: $30,000 Full-time weekends: Friday/Saturday/Sunday 12-hour shifts Eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Additional shift differentials for weekends Job Summary Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcome planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues (providers) to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards in the assigned clinical setting. Provide care for residents at all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment. Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education and other nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions, skill set, resident needs and delegate competence level. Provide assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred) e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; or multistate licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Obtain and subsequently maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
