Customer Service Representative II Location: Bessemer, AL Pay: $18.25/hour Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Position Summary: We're looking for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems. In this role, you'll support customers, drivers, and internal teams by handling inquiries, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and processing order changes.
