Extrusion Production Team Leader

Overview Starting Pay: $19.00/hr (plus $0.50/hr shift differential, if applicable) Location: 18 Kobe Way, Bowling Green, KY 42101 Lead production operations in a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. This role supports daily staffing, production flow, and team performance while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities Coordinate daily staffing and workflow Follow directions from the Production Supervisor Monitor production output, scrap, and downtime Verify job standards and report defects Maintain accurate production documentation Assist with training and process audits Promote teamwork, communication, and safety Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Less than 1 year of experience required; manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills and attention to detail Physical & Work Conditions Frequent standing, walking, and sitting Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Repetitive typing/writing Exposure to extreme temperatures #J-18808-Ljbffr
