Accounting Manager

We are seeking an accounting manager, experience with Commercial Construction activities. Duties include, but not limited to: Accounts payable and receivable. Receivable to include preparing and submitting applications for payment to project owners. Applicant should possess good communication tools and be able to collaborate with Project Managers and On-Site personnel. Tracking payments for these requests. Working with Project Managers to timely receive and verify subcontractor/vendor requests for progress payments. This step includes monitoring Notices to Owner, authorized signatures, etc. Knowledge of and ability to create XLS spreadsheets. Working with CPA, as required including audits. Must be organized and able to adhere strict deadlines. Attention to detail regarding distribution of payments (ACH or USPS) and filing (electronic and hard copy). This position requires an organized person to work with diverse accounting and to have good communication skills. Will train in the use of our Commercial Construction Software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
