Senior Data Center Quality & Customer Experience PM

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Sr. Customer Technical Program Manager to lead Data Center Quality and Sustaining initiatives, coordinating with OEMs/ODMs and cloud providers to ensure exceptional customer experience and reliability.
You will establish QA strategies, track KPIs, manage critical escalations, and collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to drive continuous improvement.
