What you’ll do to grow with us: Lead and Inspire: Manage market office operations, sales, and service delivery to ensure extraordinary customer experiences. Drive Success: Develop and execute business strategies that achieve revenue growth and profitability within your market. Expand Connections: Build and maintain strong client and community relationships; actively pursue new business opportunities. Champion Excellence: Ensure operational consistency and compliance with company standards and procedures. What you bring: A proven record of achieving revenue and profitability goals. Strong financial skills, including market management experience (between $10–50M). Strategic and operational leadership abilities, including team building and effective decision making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A collaborative approach; easily build relationships across teams and senior leadership. Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting, managing multiple priorities with sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills. At least 5 years’ experience in the staffing industry, demonstrating success in market growth.
