Strategic HR Leader Associate Director, NYC Think Tank

The Conference Board in New York City is seeking an Associate Director of Human Resources to lead a lean HR team. Reporting to the CHRO, you will guide day-to-day operations, partner on compensation and talent strategies, and act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
Ideal candidates bring a seasoned HR generalist background, with experience in nonprofit or mission-driven environments, and a hands-on, business-partner mindset. This exempt role requires strong in-office presence in NYC.
