Urgently Hiring Registered Nurses For Skilled Home Care

URGENTLY HIRING experienced Registered Nurses for skilled home care in Somerset County. Case mix includes Assessments, Infusions, Injections, 1:1 Staffing Assignments, and Wound Care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing home health clinical services, ensuring quality and adequacy of services provided. Interested candidates should have a minimum one (1) year of documented experience in a home health setting, primary care clinic or healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill, as defined by clients individual Plan of Care and within the scope of New Jerseys Nurse Practice Act

Monitor patients condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes

Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws

Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs

Requirements

Current New Jersey RN License in good standing

Clean background and criminal record

Understanding of state and federal regulatory compliance, as well as Joint Commission standards

Adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintenance of client confidentiality

Pediatric and/or infusion experience preferred but not required
