What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED
Prior leasing experience is a plus but not required
Strong background in customer service, sales, or hospitality
Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata experience a plus
Excellent communication and writing skills
Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
Available to work Saturdays

What You’ll Do:

Lease apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
Maintain accurate resident and property records
Ensure model units and target apartments are tour-ready
Provide timely, courteous responses to resident inquiries
Conduct daily property inspections
Market the community locally and online
Stay up to date on pricing, availability, and leasing policies
Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere at all times
