At the middle school level, these roles focus on career awareness and exploration , helping students build a foundation for specialized high school pathways. Core Responsibilities Instructional Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in elective subjects such as technology, business, healthcare, agriculture, or family and consumer sciences. Hands‑on Learning: Demonstrate and supervise the safe use of industry‑standard tools and equipment (e.g., 3D printers, computer software, or laboratory materials).
