CNC Lathe OperatorThe CNC Lathe Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently running CNC turning centers, loading parts, inspecting components, and ensuring consistent quality throughout production.Job Type: Full-timePay: based on experienceSchedule: 2nd Shift — 3:30 PM to 1:30 AMDepartment: MachiningReports To: CNC SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC lathes according to work instructionsLoad/unload parts and verify proper workholdingPerform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMake minor offset adjustments when required (if authorized)Monitor tool wear and report issuesDeburr and clean finished partsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work areaFollow all quality and safety proceduresRequirementsPrior CNC lathe operating experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsBasic knowledge of turning operations and tool wearAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periodsStrong attention to detail and reliable attendanceWhy Work Here?Growing business with so much potential!Since 1984, Bo/Gar has specialized in providing prototypes, pilot builds, and production solutions.
