Face of IT: Onsite Desktop & OT Support

HCLTech is seeking a skilled deskside/onsite IT engineer to provide frontline support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, RF scanners, and OT-enabled systems at our Chesterfield site. You will diagnose hardware/software issues, manage SCCM/Intune/JAMF deployments, and coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime. The role requires deep knowledge of Windows/macOS, AD, and ITIL processes, plus strong communication to keep stakeholders informed. #J-18808-Ljbffr HCLTech
