\n \nJob Description:
\n- \n
- Have autonomy to electronically process accounts payable transactions by way of 3- way matching for L'USA, Canada and/or our Manufacturing plants \n
- Coordinate activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing using SAP FUSION, Wise, or the Canada platform \n
- Function as an AP Champion to ensure proper and consistent compliance with client-approved policies and procedures \n
- Influence and work collaboratively with buyers, vendors, and various business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices \n
- Leverage your customer service and communication skills to respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues \n
- Be empowered to think outside of the box and offer new and creative solutions and ways of working to improve our shared services environment \n
- Be involved in special projects that impact our shared services working environment and overall client business goals \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 2-4 years accounts payable experience required \n
- High School Diploma required. College degree preferred. \n
- Process a high volume of invoices (75-100 per day) \n
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred \n
- Must be willing and able to work overtime during peak demand periods and the monthly closing cycle \n
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including but not limited to working knowledge of VLOOKUP and pivot tables \n
- Consumer products background preferred \n
- Experience with document imaging systems like Readsoft preferred \n
