Commercial Plumbing SuperintendentAs a Commercial Plumbing Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate all on-site plumbing activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract documents and code requirements. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating with general contractors and project managers, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.You will serve as the primary on-site plumbing leader, ensuring productivity, workmanship, and communication meet company and client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate day-to-day plumbing installation activities on commercial and/or industrial projectsManage and lead on-site plumbing crews and subcontractorsAssist in developing, maintaining, and updating project schedulesCoordinate work with general contractors, inspectors, and other tradesEnsure all work complies with local codes, project specifications, and safety regulationsPromote and enforce a strong safety culture and safe work practicesParticipate in weekly job site meetings and internal project coordination meetingsIdentify and help resolve field issues to keep projects on trackMaintain quality control and productivity standards on siteQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing constructionProven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (Superintendent, Foreman, Lead)Strong understanding of plumbing systems, drawings, and construction sequencingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedulesExcellent communication and team-leadership skillsStrong commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanshipPreferred (not required):Journeyman or Master Plumbing licenseExperience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projectsBenefits & PerksCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesGenerous PTO / vacation packageMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchShort- and long-term disability coverageLeadership development and advancement opportunitiesCompany events and employee referral bonusesThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Plumbing Superintendent to join a growing contractor offering long-term stability, challenging projects, and clear advancement potential in a fast-paced environment.
