Benefits Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Training & development Position Overview The Program & Operations Specialist (POS) is responsible for day-to-day programming, operations, and organization of Mary's Choice RVA, a maternity home. The primary focus is house operations, program operations, and volunteer recruitment and coordination. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary point‑of‑contact and act in the absence of the Executive Director. Oversee all aspects of residential services, including client relations, volunteers, non‑monetary donations, house supplies, and operations. Oversee resident faith development and discipleship. Produce required and requested reports by deadlines. Maintain confidentiality to protect residents’ privacy. Uphold the vision, mission, and core values of MCRVA. Employment Details Paid part‑time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week; day hours are needed. This position could turn into a full‑time position. Qualifications Servant spirit.
