- Create a safe, engaging environment : Manage classroom operations, materials, and the physical space to ensure it’s organized and conducive to learning.
- Lead with purpose : Contribute to center-wide initiatives and help shape the culture of our educational environment.
- You hold a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- You have a New York State Teaching Certification (Birth - Grade 2) and at least 5 years of early childhood classroom experience .
- You have proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of educators.
- You’re passionate about early childhood education and committed to the growth of every child.
- Experience in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Previous experience in an administrative or director role.
