Location Sam's Club #6354, 901 Walmart Way, Midlothian, VA 23113‑2600 Position Summary The Member Front‑Line Services Associate delivers member service, maintains the checkout and shopping areas, assists with purchases and returns, enforces safety and security standards, performs training and mentoring, and upholds company policies and ethical standards. Responsibilities Provide member service and maintain the checkout area. Resolve member issues and concerns while promoting Sam's Club products and services. Guide members using self‑service technology and process member purchases. Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies. Follow safety standards and conduct safety sweeps; correct and report unsafe situations. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, and assist with purchasing decisions. Ensure security and safety practices, observe potential criminal activity, and protect assets. Support training of new associates on processes, tools, and new program rollouts. Identify shrink and damages and organize merchandise. Adhere to ethics, open‑door policy, and overall company policies. Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers; prioritize tasks and recommend improvement opportunities. Participate in team building, mentoring others, and promoting a culture of belonging. Act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and strive for excellence. Serve customers and members by delivering results and making balanced decisions. Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register. Experience with mobile retail applications. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00–$25.00. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
