Join us for our hiring day on Thursday September 17, 2026! Store location: 10300 Litle Patuxent Pkwy, Columbia MD 21044. Event time: 11am-5pm. No need to schedule in advance, please join us at any time during the event for an interview.

Hiring event instructions: When you arrive at the store, please follow the signs for hiring event location, or ask any Nordstrom employee for direction. You are welcome to bring a copy of your resume, but it is not required. Allow approximately 1 hour for the interview process. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Customer Service: $17.20 - $17.90

Sales: $16.25

Sales Support: $17.20 - $17.90

Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery: $17.20- $17.90

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$16.25 - $16.25 hourly. At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
