The Dynamics CRM Technical Product Support Specialist provides practical, user-focused support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and related Power Platform tools. This role handles day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, user support, light configuration, testing coordination, documentation, and escalation support to keep CRM reliable, usable, and aligned with business needs.

This is a Contract position based out of St Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
