NetSuite Admin – Waco, TX

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Admin with strong expertise in WMS, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and warehouse operations to deliver scalable solutions within a NetSuite environment. This role requires a hands-on NetSuite administrator/developer who can partner closely with Operations stakeholders, translate warehouse and manufacturing requirements into well-structured system solutions, and deliver clean, maintainable configurations and customizations using NetSuite best practices.

Position Details:

Location: Waco, TX (Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)

Type: 6 Month Contract (Can Be Extended)

Must have GC or USC or H4 or TN Visa only

Rate: $70 C2C per hour (Lower Rates looked at first)

Mode of Interview: 2 Zooms/ Prefer Candidates locally

Must Have:

• LinkedIn profile with a picture.
• 10+ years of NetSuite development or administration experience.
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce).
• Experience with SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteBuilder custom fields, records, and forms.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite WMS, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Work Orders, BOMs, Routings, bins, locations, and inventory transactions.
• Experience supporting warehouse and manufacturing reporting through saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics.
