Lead IAM Developer/Architect

Anticipated End Date: 2026-07-15 Lead IAM Developer/Architect Location: The role requires associates to be in‑office 1–2 days per week, with hybrid/virtual work possible for candidates within a reasonable commuting distance from an office. Key Responsibilities Develop, recommend, and implement enterprise information security policies, technical standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support information security in compliance with established company policies, regulatory requirements, and accepted security controls. Lead the selection and delivery of strategic network security, access control and secure transaction/messaging solutions. Define and deliver the enterprise IAM architecture for Agentic AI, establishing scalable identity patterns, reference architectures, and integration standards adopted across multiple platforms and teams. Drive implementation of a unified, enterprise‑grade identity platform that improves access governance, reduces onboarding time for applications, and supports secure scaling of AI‑driven and digital capabilities. Establish reusable IAM frameworks, design standards, and governance models to accelerate delivery across teams while ensuring consistency, security, and future‑ready extensibility. Lead system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies; lead development and execution of risk assessment methodologies aligned to business, regulatory, and technical environment. Develop security incident response plans and strategies, and provide technical escalation on complex problems. Create presentations and secure IT management approval for significant replacements or reconfigurations of major security systems. Set vendor strategy and direction. Provide technical consultation to business partners and developers on assignment to project teams. Design and engineer comprehensive access management and network security technical solutions based on business requirements and defined technology standards. Serve as technical merger & acquisition lead and subject matter expert among peers and senior management. Minimum Qualifications BS/BA in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, access management and network security technologies, network communications, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management, hardware, software, data, and people. Experience with multiple technical and business disciplines and planning/design of highly complex systems. Preferred Skills & Competencies Expertise in architecting complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and solutions. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring ecosystem, and microservices architecture. Experience leading cloud migrations (On‑Prem to AWS), deep understanding of AWS services and cloud‑native architectures. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with event‑driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.). Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Helm). Familiarity with RBAC products and integrations (SailPoint, Workday). Experience facilitating cross‑functional planning and requirements gathering. Working knowledge of Python scripting and Unix/Linux environments. Security Certifications CISSP and other advanced technical security certifications (e.g. Information Systems Security Architecture Professional, Information Security Engineering Professional, Certification and Accreditation Professional, or equivalent).
