The Mission Operations team manages execution and growth of customer accounts, works with product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams to deploy Anduril products, and ensures customer success and mission performance. About the Job Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products. Lead planning and deployment of hardware and software products to support customer missions. Deploy to the field, train end users, and maintain high performance. Grow your business through customer success. Work with customers to understand mission challenges and guide product development. Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team. What You’ll Do Serve in a customer‑facing Account Manager capacity with the "United States Marine Corps", deploying integrated hardware-software command and control products. Own delivery of contract deliverables, including performance measures, technical reports, and user engagement roadmaps. Design and implement user feedback loops to prioritize requirements and issues. Provide input to program and engineering teams to enhance product features and workflows. Support engagement with other service components and government organizations to integrate products across the U.S. Armed Forces. Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system. Required Qualifications Experience in program management and product deployment roles. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi‑domain environments. Experience translating highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications. Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking. Willing to travel as necessary (25‑50%). Secret Clearance or above required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in defense technology product or program management, solutions architect, or customer success roles. Experience with U.S. Marine Corps intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems. Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts. US Salary Range

$129,000 – $220,000 USD
