3rd Shift Machine Operator

Randstad is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented 3rd Shift Machine Operator with Forklift experience to join a production team in Glendale, WI. In this dual role, you will be responsible for keeping our production lines running smoothly, setting up and monitoring machinery, and safely moving materials across the warehouse floor using a forklift.

salary: $19 - $21 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM - 4 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure steady production and meet daily output targets.

• Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift (sit-down or stand-up) to load/unload raw materials, feed production lines, and stage finished goods for shipping.

• Quality Control: Perform regular visual inspections and basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they match exact blueprints and job specifications.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or adjustments during the shift to minimize production downtime.

• Documentation & Safety: Maintain accurate production logs and strictly follow all OSHA and internal warehouse safety protocols.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 9 hours at one time
