This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures. Are you a sales Rock Star? Then this is the career for you! Leasing Specialist must haves: Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, e-mail and a familiarity with the internet required. We use Yardi CRM Software Positive 'can do' attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm. Exhibit strong demonstration and closing skills.
