As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs) and state regulations. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs and develop customized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address speech and language goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills development. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development activities. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid California license in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Previous experience in a school setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
