The Company is seeking a President to join their team. The President will be responsible for sales and business growth, including leading the development of sales and client acquisition strategies, maintaining key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership and mentorship, facilitating alignment across services, and overseeing budgeting and P&L accountability. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience, preferably within a boutique landscape firm, and a proven track record in leading and scaling a high-performing sales organization. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities, as well as a demonstrated capacity to drive results while fostering a collaborative company culture. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional operations in a high-growth service business and be familiar with CRM platforms, landscape project workflows, and financial reporting tools. The President will also be responsible for culture and organizational development, acting as a primary culture champion, and driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
