As a Customer Retention Specialist, you're the person Moxie customers reach when they have a problem, are weighing whether to cancel, or need someone who can actually do something about it. You own the save, turning tough conversations into win-win outcomes that keep customers loyal and earn you real commission. It's one of the most important roles at Moxie. Experience in retention, escalations, sales, collections, or account management is a strong plus. Commission earnings vary by individual performance and overall demand, our team has averaged $400–$1,000+/month per rep across recent quarters, with top performers earning $1,500–$1,700/month. Most full-time Customer Retention Specialists earn $50,000–$58,000 their first year, with strong performers earning more. Is This Role a Fit for You?
