Location: All NYC Boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island)

Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 5x8

Job Overview

We’re seeking reliable and professional Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) for full-time contract positions across multiple healthcare facilities in New York City. These roles offer the opportunity to support physicians and clinical teams in providing quality patient care in fast-paced environments ranging from outpatient clinics to hospital departments.

CMA Duties Include:

• Preparing patients for exams and assisting physicians during procedures

• Taking vital signs, performing EKGs, and collecting lab specimens

• Managing patient records and updating EMR systems accurately

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and handling phone calls

• Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and clinical equipment

CMA Qualifications:

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (NHA required)

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of accredited medical assistant program preferred

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience (outpatient or hospital setting)

• Proficiency with EMR systems

• BLS certification required
