Collective is seeking a Senior Member Support Specialist to guide new members through onboarding of our all-in-one accounting platform. You will handle bookkeeping, payroll, and tax questions during video calls and translate complex topics into clear guidance. In a fast-paced, remote-friendly role, you’ll help solo entrepreneurs manage finances, run first payrolls, and understand payroll taxes, including S-Corp considerations, while delivering exceptional member experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
