An established community health clinic in a scenic Southern California mountain community is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its growing primary care team. Whether you prefer a 3-day schedule (3x12s) or a 4-day schedule (4x10s), you'll enjoy a practice designed around physician well-being, continuity of care, and long-term sustainability.
The Practice:
- Choice of a 3-day (3x12s) or 4-day (4x10s) work week
- Guaranteed base salary of $320,000+
- $100,000 Sign-on bonus
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
- Cradle-to-grave patient population
- No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
- NHSC and state loan repayment eligible
- Relocation assistance available
