HVAC Day Trade School

This training is for those seeking a career and full-time employment in the HVAC trade. You do not have to be working for an HVAC contractor. This HVAC training is designed for those with limited or no experience in the Heating & Cooling trade. In-person interview and aptitude assessment required for acceptance. Classes: Monday - Thursday 8am - 2pm for 12 weeks July 20 - Oct. 4, 2026 Tuition: $1500.00 Training covers: Intro to HVAC, heat transfer, air distribution, basic electricity, soldering, and brazing, and learn how to thread and install black iron pipe. Learn to build and install sheet metal ductwork, Duct board, copper lines, a condensing unit, and a power supply. Learn to install round sheet metal take-offs and flex duct. You can obtain OSHA 10 & Scissor Lift certifications. NCCER Level One HVAC Completion. EPA 608 Freon Certification. Low-GWP Freon Certification. Nate Installation Certificate. Successful completers are eligible for a 6-week paid internship with a West Alabama HVAC Contractor.
