Talented Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) passionate about making a difference in educational settings will find this contract opportunity both rewarding and impactful. Working with students ranging from kindergarten through age 22, you will serve a diverse caseload of 20 and play a key role in supporting classroom teachers and students alike. With a start date as soon as possible, this full-time role offers 36 hours per week of hands-on engagement in a dynamic school environment.

Your expertise will be vital in implementing behavioral interventions, writing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and mentoring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You'll be integral to weekly staff meetings and available to assist with additional needs as directed by the school principal.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Direct experience in school-based or educational settings preferred
• Previous work with therapeutic day schools highly desirable
• Proficiency with QBS Safety Care is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability managing severe behaviors in children and young adults
• Comfortable with physical requirements of the job, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong collaborative and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with behavior management strategies
• Conduct and document FBAs and BIPs for assigned students
• Provide supervision and guidance to one RBT
• Participate in and contribute to weekly team meetings
• Deliver hands-on interventions and support within classrooms
• Respond flexibly to additional duties as assigned by the school principal
