What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients, adapting your approach to meet each patient's specific needs
• Utilize the Nursing Process effectively in patient assessments, planning, and interventions
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols

What You Need

• Required:
  • Current RN license in Louisiana
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • NIH Stroke Certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
  • Proficiency in EPIC documentation
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
