The Washington State Department of Corrections is seeking a professional and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our healthcare team. Requirements
Licensure: A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.

Job Description
Perform comprehensive oral prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as directed.
Conduct oral health screenings and assist the dentist with charting and documentation.
Provide individualized patient education on oral hygiene and preventative techniques.
Maintain a sterile and organized workspace, ensuring all instruments are properly processed.
Adhere to strict safety and security protocols unique to the correctional environment.
Collaborate with the broader facility healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
