At our North Little Rock outpatient clinic, you will engage with a varied orthopedic patient demographic, including those recovering from surgery, individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, balance and dizziness issues, sports injuries, and those striving to enhance their mobility and functionality. You will work closely with a committed rehabilitation team, providing tailored care in a patient-focused setting. • Assess patients and create personalized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques to enhance mobility, strength, functionality, and overall quality of life.
• Address a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues, including post-operative recovery and balance-related challenges.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment strategies, home exercise routines, and injury prevention methods.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Foster meaningful connections with patients while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
