What does a Home Health Physical Therapist do?
As a Per Diem Home Health Physical Therapist at John Knox Village of Florida, you will have the rewarding opportunity to visit patients in the comfort of their homes to deliver prescribed physical therapy. In this vital role, you will assess individual needs and implement tailored treatment plans to enhance mobility, improve strength, and promote overall wellness. You will work closely with patients, fostering trusting relationships that empower them to achieve their rehabilitation goals. What you need to be successful
To be successful as a Per Diem Home Health Physical Therapist at John Knox Village of Florida, you will need a strong foundation in home health care practices and a valid Physical Therapist license.
