Catering Crew Members help deliver an exceptional Dr. Dawg experience at events, pop‑ups, and on‑site service locations. This role blends hospitality, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure guests receive great food and friendly service. Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup & Breakdown
- Set up the cart, serving station, and prep areas
- Transport supplies, equipment, and food items
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the event
- Food Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve menu items (hot dogs, sausages, Italian beef, etc.)
- Assemble toppings accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
- Guest Interaction
- Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly service
- Answer questions about menu items and toppings
- Keep service moving smoothly during high‑volume periods
- Operational Support
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Assist with inventory tracking and post‑event cleanup
- Communicate any issues or needs to the event lead or manager
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Prior food service experience is a plus but not required
- On‑site events, indoor or outdoor
- Variable hours depending on event schedule
