About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth, transformation, and value creation agenda. This high‑impact position involves partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic priorities, leading enterprise‑wide initiatives that support growth, operational excellence, and value creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, technology and transformation initiatives, growth strategy, and corporate development support. Key responsibilities include: Conducting structured analyses, providing strategic recommendations, and serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise‑wide opportunities and challenges. Driving complex initiatives from concept to implementation. Evaluating opportunities for operational improvement and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or strategic operations. Strong preference for candidates with a background in healthcare services, technology, or related sectors. Strategic, analytical, and proactive mindset with a collaborative leadership style. Ability to influence without direct authority. Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact. Experience with private equity‑backed organizations. Advanced degree such as an MBA preferred.
